What we collect

• Enquiries. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, phone number, email address and message so we can reply. A copy is also sent to info@wholeselfwellness.co.za.
• Bookings. Session bookings are handled by Setmore. Their privacy terms apply to information you enter on their calendar.
• Technical data. Standard hosting logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) may be kept for security and to keep the site running.

We do not sell your personal information.

Why we use it

Enquiry details are used only to respond to you and, if you become a client, to arrange sessions. Clinical records, if any, are kept according to professional duties and South African law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to handle your request, then delete it. Booking data held by Setmore follows their retention rules. Email in the practice inbox is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information in our care. The website is served over HTTPS.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete an enquiry. Write to info@wholeselfwellness.co.za.

This site does not set marketing cookies. Third-party booking (Setmore) or maps links may set their own cookies when you follow those links.
